Dialogic appoints senior vice president of worldwide sales and services

Dec 11, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Dialogic Inc., a provider of products and technologies that enable operators to deliver an enhanced mobile experience, has appointed Bill Crank as senior vice president of worldwide sales and services, reporting to president and CEO Kevin Cook.

"Bill has served in a variety of senior sales roles in the telecommunications and wireless industries during his career, including positions at Metaswitch, Ubiquity, Jetstream and CI Wireless. We look forward to leveraging his deep knowledge of global sales strategy and solution development in the service provider infrastructure space to deliver revenue growth for Dialogic," said Mr. Cook. "Bill will add significant value to our highly respected management team." "The rapid evolution of telecom networks to IMS and LTE, when combined with unheralded demand by subscribers for video, voice and data is encouraging Service Providers and Application Developers to balance innovation with profitable growth," said Mr. Crank.

"The complexity that Service Providers face today is unprecedented from the perspective of the new competitors in the market, delivering multimedia services to any device, building out new networks to deliver on multimedia expectations, grabbing and retaining subscribers and being successful in all of the above while reducing operating expenses. Dialogic's service creation, service delivery and service optimization portfolios integrate well to address the complex challenges of this mobile experience and we look forward to leveraging a long tradition of innovation and quality to deliver on that vision." http://www.datamonitor.com Republication or redistribution, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
