CodeTwo Launches a New Signature Manager for Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 and Outlook Web App (OWA)

Jelenia Gora, Poland, Dec 11, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Many companies struggle with the problem of deploying a unified email signature in their organization. Users keep setting their email signatures individually in Outlook, but in the end the graphical style of their emails lacks consistency and does not always match the visual identity of a given company. Thanks to the new product CodeTwo launched a few days ago, this may not be the case anymore.

CodeTwo Email Signatures allows setting a unified signature for the entire company in Microsoft Outlook, OWA or Office 365. Although the program requires an Active Directory domain connection, a local Exchange Server installation is not needed for it to work. This opens up new branding possibilities to a wide range of organizations that use Office 365 and other cloud services for storing their email accounts.

- A lot of our customers asked us about a solution that would let them remotely deploy signatures to many Outlook users working on cloud-based accounts, e.g. in Office 365 - said Szymon Szczesniak, marketing manager at CodeTwo. - This product answers this need. CodeTwo Email Signatures is capable of distributing a unified signature to many users that use Outlook, Office 365 or OWA.

Thanks to the new CodeTwo product, business correspondence in companies can simply look more professional, and system administrators do not have to struggle with formatting issues anymore. CodeTwo Email Signatures is capable of removing signatures created by employees and forces a particular font style in the Outlook message if needed.

- Many companies use a hybrid environment with Active Directory domain administrated locally, and Office 365 for email. This simply gives their employees more freedom and reduces the cost of IT services and maintenance - claims Szczesniak - Our program will let these companies benefit from a unified style of emails, no matter if they use Outlook, OWA or the web interface of Office 365 for sending messages.

CodeTwo Email Signatures 30-day trial is available on http://www.mail-signatures.com. More info and full price list can be found on the product page.
