Kaydon Corporation Announces Change in Fourth Quarter Dividend Payment Date

Kaydon Corporation (NYSE: KDN) today announced that on December 6, 2012, its Board of Directors has approved a change in the payable date of the Company's regular quarterly dividend of $.20 per common share to December 28, 201 from January 2, 2013. The record date for this quarterly dividend remains unchanged at December 10, 2012.
