Everence Selects Cincom's Customer Communications Solution(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) CINCINNATI, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 12/05/12 -- Everence (http://www.everence.com) has selected Cincom Eloquence® (http://documentsolutions.cincom.com) to simplify its document communications processes, including generation of the new Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) document as mandated by the Affordable Care Act of 2010. "With the announcement to discontinue support for our existing iStream Publisher (formerly Calligo) solution from Oracle, we knew it was time to search for a new customer communications solution," commented Steve Kaufman, chief information officer for Everence.
