SES Integrates Satellite with Level 3


Dec 04, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- SES announced it has struck a long-term capacity agreement with Level 3 Communications for the delivery of corporate communications services to businesses across Brazil.

According to a release, Level 3 in Latin America is utilizing 25 MHz of Ku-band capacity aboard SES' new SES-4 satellite to deliver high-speed broadband, and unified and IP communications to small and enterprises in Brazil. The two companies have a long-time business relationship through which they deliver telecom and video solutions to businesses in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Venezuela and Brazil.

SES is a satellite operator with a fleet of 52 geostationary satellites.
