AGI Software Selected for Missile Defense Agency's C2BMC

(AGI), the producer of commercial modeling and analysis software for the space, defense and intelligence communities, has been awarded a contract to provide software to the industry team led by Lockheed Martin for use in the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) training program for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The C2BMC program is the "integrating element" for the Ballistic Missile Defense System and links the various sensors and weapon systems. The C2BMC program is integrating AGI's software development kits STK Engine and STK Components into the C2BMC training system to provide capabilities including threat missile trajectory generation, inter-visibility calculations and intercept trajectory creation. The industry team consists of Lockheed Martin, Boeing, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.
