UpSync(TM) Adds HTML5 App Store to its iPhone and iPad Sales Enablement Platform

Boulder, CO, Nov 26, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Today, UpSync expanded the capabilities of its Intelligently Integrated Selling(TM) platform to allow administrators to upload and manage HTML5 interactive apps alongside other content including images, videos, and slideshows, as well as PDF and MSOffice files. Frontline users are now able to access, organize and seamlessly present all of their sales and marketing content, including HTML5 apps, on their mobile devices through one integrated sales enablement platform.

HTML5 has gained widespread adoption as a strong alternative to Adobe Flash and Microsoft Silverlight for developing interactive content because it allows applications to run across multiple environments and devices.

"The challenge for organizations has been inconsistent means of distributing HTML5 content," said UpSync's Director of Product Development, Matt Vander Vliet. "With this new capability, UpSync essentially becomes the enterprise's own app store, allowing organizations to distribute these apps and all other content easily," continued Vander Vliet.

UpSync administrators can now upload HTML5 interactive content in the familiar way they would upload an image. They no longer need to use IT resources, or go through lengthy external approval processes to distribute apps to all their enterprise iOS devices. By including interactive apps in the content library, UpSync will automatically capture both rep and customer usage data along with all other content.

"Best-in-class B2B marketers and sales organizations are striving for richer, more interactive customer engagement," said Senior Vice President of Sales, Severan Johnson. "UpSync is designed to make it simple to deploy the kind of content that supports that goal," he added.

About UpSync Boulder based UpSync(TM) offers businesses with mobile sales professionals an efficient means of managing, accessing and distributing their content and business applications to any mobile device.

The company's cloud-based solution was developed to simplify access to mission-critical sales materials and integrate data-driven applications, regardless of device or connectivity. UpSync offers a free 30 day trial.
