Pacific Northwest nonprofits eligible for fundraising support


PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The team at Woloshin Communications, Inc. has created a new way to raise dollars for nonprofit organizations that includes customizable digital graphics so nonprofits may easily reach their supporters. The program will showcase Woloshin Communication's newest division, dedicated to digital media and website design. The company offers a package price of $4,499 for custom designed websites, including a mobile version. The package includes three design and writing drafts, search engine optimization and 90 days of traffic reports and analytics. The 10 nonprofits participating in educating their supporters about this program will receive a $1,000 unrestricted gift for every website contract signed. Only the 10 participating nonprofits will be eligible for this first round of funding. Nonprofit applications can be found at www.woloshin.com. Nonprofits selected to participate in the program will be announced on Tuesday, Dec. 11.

Mara Woloshin, principal of Woloshin Communications, Inc. says that creating or updating your website may seem like a huge chore. However, the company has developed tested systems that allow customers to enjoy website revitalization and digital projects that are "pain free." Currently eight websites are under construction. Samples of completed sites are on the company's portfolio page.


The $4,499 website package has a 50-page limit and includes customized forms. E-commerce and websites that involve retail sales have slightly higher pricing structure. The package fee does not include hosting charges.

Founded in Portland in 1991, Woloshin Communications, Inc. of Portland, Ore. has a long history of helping nonprofits. The ALS Association and Friends of Force Lake were pro bono projects of Woloshin Communications in 2012.
