Sabiona development officially commenced in 2008 and has evolved into a fully-functional CRM, task management system, manual quote processing system, trouble ticketing system, sales reporting system, provisioning management system, funnel tracking system, internal email communication system, and financial processing system. During the past six months every Telarus employee participated in the Sabiona beta program and many provided feedback that was incorporated into the final design.
