According to a Sheriff's Office news release, the latest robbery involved an employee of Sonny's Barbecue on Beal Parkway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. The employee was walking to his car when a man threatened him with a gun and demanded his wallet.

The robber is described as a black man, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a light-colored shirt, long shorts, a black do-rag and a piece of black clothing on his face. He was seen meeting a second black man.
