Tadiran Telecom Buys EasyRun's Contact Center Software Technology

Sep 07, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Tadiran Telecom, a company focusing on unified communications, announced the acquisition of EasyRun's technology and intellectual property.

According to a release, EasyRun's EPICCenter technology will be integrated into Tadiran Telecom's Linux-based Unified Communication platform which will be introduced to the market next week.

Since its launch, EasyRun has provided VoIP contact center solutions that can run on legacy or IP-PBX platforms. These solutions allow customers to add a mutlimedia contact center solution without having to make major changes to their existing telephony infrastructure. EasyRun's installed base of over 3000 locations worldwide will have the option to join Tadiran's client base and benefit from a wider range of Unified Communication solutions.

Tadiran's President and CEO Eldad Barak said: "This is important news to the 100,000 customers around the world that have adopted our solutions. We can now provide an IP based end-to-end solution with powerful contact center technology".

While allowing customers to choose between telephony, e-mail and chat as contact options, EasyRun's solutions integrate with CRM and blend inbound and outbound calls to manage sales campaigns and process customer orders in real-time.

Tadiran Telecom (TTL) L.P. is a privately held partnership, recently acquired by AfconHoldings, which is part of the Shlomo Group - a conglomerate engaged in a variety of industrial and service businesses.
