April 23, 2012
Manager-Regulatory Compliance & Tariffs

Re: DT 12-076, Tariff Revisions for VoIP/PSTN Traffic
Hollis Telephone Company, Kearsarge Telephone Company, Merrimack County
Telephone Company and Wilton Telephone Company
Dear Ms. Fehrman:
On March 26, 2012, TDS Telecommunications, Inc. (TDS) submitted tariff filings to establish a process for identifying and rating VoIP/PSTN access traffic for four of its operating companies: Wilton Telephone Company, Hollis Telephone Company, Merrimack County Telephone Company and Kearsarge Telephone Company. Following discussions with Commission Staff, TDS submitted a revision to this filing on April 4, 2012, extending the deadline for wholesale customers to report their initial VoIP percentages.
Staff reviewed this tariff filing as revised and concluded that it is consistent with FCC requirements. The Commission has accepted Staffs recommendation that the tariff be allowed to take effect.
For Administrative efficiency, an order will not be issued by the Commission either suspending, rejecting, or approving the proposed tariff changes. Pursuant to RSA 378:3 and RSA 378:6, IV, the proposed revision, as filed and revised, and pursuant to Staffs recommendation, are effective as of April 25, 2012. Tariff pages should be filed referencing Docket No. DT 12-076 and reflecting the effective date of April 25, 2012.
