Webb Capital announces Coull fundraising success

Apr 13, 2012 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Financial services group Webb Capital plc (PLUS:WCAP) announced on Friday that its client Coull, which is 10% owned by Peter Hargreaves of Hargreaves Lansdown, has successfully raised GBP0.75m through new investors.

The company said that Coull will be using the raised capital for a transformational acquisition of RevUpNet, a California- based online marketing agency that has strong relationships with publishers.

Coull, which is the sole video partner of Google Affiliate Network and YouTube, is a Video Performance Network that provides advertisers with interactive engagement elements and tracking systems to monitor online sales made from videos.
