TMC (News - Alert) announced that the Social CRM Expo is returning to ITEXPO (News - Alert) on Feb. 2-4, 2011, in the Miami Beach Convention Center. Following a successful launch in Los Angeles, Social CRM Expo has been enhanced, by featuring more social CRM focused exhibitors and a concentrated conference program that delves deeper into methods of using this tool.



Attendees will learn how social media applications can help companies increase customer communications, enhance their brands, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
 

Social CRM Expo is designed for enterprises; outsourced teleservices firms; in-house contact centers; and service providers. It teaches attendees how the social channel is enhancing traditional methods of contact centers, help desks, customer service centers and marketing departments. Social media improves on all these methods of customer service by being able to gather a wider range of customer feedback, and improve their communications with customers.  
 
Conference content focuses on how online customer care teams are using social media to reach customers anytime, anywhere, via any device. Monitoring and tracking practices - which connect complaints, issues and suggestions, will be discussed in a manner that helps companies make sense of what is being said.
