Cox Communications renews contract with ConvergysNov 01, 2010 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Relationship management specialist Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG) today announced that US cable services provider Cox Communications has renewed its billing and customer care contract with Convergys.
