Level 3 Appoints Anthony Fogel as Chief Human Resources OfficerAug 23, 2010 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Level 3 Communications announced it has selected Anthony Fogel as chief human resources officer. According to a release, Fogel brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to Level 3. He will be based at the company's headquarters in Broomfield, Colo. Prior to joining Level 3, Fogel was executive VP of Human Resources and Administration at Care One. Fogel also brings global leadership and human resources experience from Pepsi-Cola Company, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Marathon Asset Management. He will begin his new role on August 24. Level 3 Communications is an international provider of fiber-based communications services. Enterprise, content, wholesale and government customers rely on Level 3 to deliver services with a combination of scalability and value over an end-to-end fiber network.
