BRIEF: Cable service restored, Time Warner says

Jun 30, 2010 (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- After a two-hour disruption, service to Time Warner Cable customers in southeast Wisconsin was restored at 7:30 a.m., the company said Wednesday.

Customers in the region lost service around 5:15 or 5:30 a.m., according to Stacy Zaja, a Time Warner spokeswoman.

She said the service disruption began during routine maintenance overnight.

The cause of the disruption is not yet known, Zaja said. It was also not yet known how many customers were affected.
