Safeguard Expands Services to Offer Armored Products

Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SSHS), a provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announces today that its subsidiary, SYSTEMSgroup Technologies, has expanded its services to include a full line of armored solutions to its product mix, including production fabrication of glass, steel, composite and ceramics.

SYSTEMSgroup Technologies has entered into an agreement with its teaming partner to offer a full line of armoring solutions to include armored vehicles, transparent armoring and opaque armoring products. The product mix also includes ballistic glass for commercial and residential structures, ballistic auto glass, and customized laminated glass with various ballistic ratings.

This partnership allows our firm to carry a full line-up of customized armoring solutions that are unmatched in the industry. Our clients in Mexico and Columbia have requested these products for additional protection." Lagow added, "With this product mix, we now have a full lne that meets the government's standards for manufacturers of vehicles and products for the Global War on Terror (GWOT), and we estimate this will add an additional $1.5 million US to our revenue base this fiscal year."
