The VMG is a carrier-class video processing solution that enables service providers to deliver digital and IPTV-based video services in both MPEG-2 and MPEG-4/H.264. It won in the "Innovation in Encoding" category based on the integration of its high-density content repurposing capabilities with a number of other value-added video processing functions, including ad insertion, transrating and grooming.
