InvisibleCRM Rolls Out ContextBridge to Suport Its SalesDesktop Offering

Nov 20, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- InvisibleCRM announced general availability of its ContextBridge offering for SalesDesktop users.

The company said the smart tool extends Microsoft Outlook / Lotus Notes by adding content-centric information from a corporate system in a sidebar next to each e-mail.

ContextBridge, the company noted, empowers users with actual data when they most need it - in the immediate context of customer interaction. ContextBridge intelligently parses content of email in Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes and provides access to referenced data from enterprise systems. It recognizes pieces of information in the e-mail, such as contacts, accounts, leads, opportunities, order numbers, etc., tags and highlights them and suggests appropriate actions to take in SaaS based, enterprise or in-house built systems. ContextBridge consolidates and displays relevant search results from a corporate system in a pane right near the email content and enables users to immediately react - update information, share it with colleagues, log a call, schedule a meeting or whatever action is required.

"ContextBridge really revolutionizes the way business users work with their inboxes and corporate knowledge," said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of InvisibleCRM. "Time which was normally spent on searching for relevant information is now saved." "The ability to instantly access enterprise data relating to an email without having to search for it is a serious productivity advantage," said Jeff Krider, COO, InvisibleCRM. "Our capability allows users to not only quickly find the information that is pertinent, but also take immediate action. After announcing ContextBridge technology, we have seen huge interest in its capabilities and decided to make it available for all of our users. We'll be offering ContextBridge on all of our supported CRM platforms for both Outlook and Lotus Notes uses."
