divinity Metrics Welcomes Industry Leaders Mark Levy, Rand Schulman and Seamus McAteer to Its Advisory Board

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct 21, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
New Advisory Board to Help divinity Metrics Launch its Premier Web Analytics Platform for Global Brands, Publishers and Marketers

divinity Metrics, a provider of software and services to manage and track the distribution of online video, is pleased to announce the appointment of three industry leaders to the company's Advisory Board. Mark Levy, Rand Schulman and Seamus McAteer bring deep knowledge and a wide range of expertise to divinity Metrics to provide high caliber strategic direction within this competitive landscape.

"Scope 3 from divinity Metrics does for video what major measurement companies have done for blogs by providing insight not only into how many people watch a clip, but also how engaged they are with the content." said Jim Sterne, Founding Director and President of the Web Analytics Association and Producer of the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit. "Layered with geo-targeted data, this tool gives brand marketers the insight they need to monitor how well their online video promotions are faring alongside the competition and consumer generated media. This is an excellent way to keep tabs on the most emotion-stirring means of communication we have short of face-to-face meetings. When industry luminaries such as Rand Schulman, Seamus McAteer and Mark Levy are involved, you know this is a company to watch."

"We are very proud to have industry veterans like Mark, Rand and Seamus on board", said Rajeev Kadam, Founder and CEO of divinity Metrics. "The depths of experience these thought-leaders bring to divinity Metrics will be instrumental in guiding the development of our Scope video tracking platform. Their complementary skills have broadened our addressable client base to include content producers, digital agencies and brands."

Rand Schulman brings over 20 years of industry experience to divinity Metrics, having served as chief marketing officer of WebSideStory and leading the firm through its IPO. Previously, Schulman headed product strategy at Webtrends/NetIQ. Schulman most recently served as General Manager Internet Products at Unica Corporation.
