Kinetico Chooses ProcessDATA for Dealer Extranet

Rolling Meadows, Ill. “Our dealers and distributors can log in and access documents and information that previously had to be sent out via fax and mail,” Sherry said. “As a result, they have access to product images, technical manuals, contact lists and many other pieces of information that might not have been immediately available.”

Sherry said that ProcessDATA’s system has improved productivity and efficiency by eliminating monthly mailing of hard copy documents as well as reducing the number of calls from dealers requesting information that is now available on the portal.

“Our technology staff is thrilled with PortalCOMPLETE® because of its ease of use and flexibility,” Sherry said. He added that elimination of the monthly mailings has resulted in cost savings.
