BandTel has announced a partnership agreement with Zultys Technologies, which certifies that BandTel’s scalable, fail-safe VoIP termination to PSTN services is compatible with the Zultys IP PBX media exchange systems, the MX30 and MX250.  Zultys manufactures communications equipment for businesses and enterprises while BandTel provides next-generation VoIP termination for call centers, enterprise users, teleconferencing companies and IVR users.

The new alliance enables channel partners of Zultys throughout the world to expand their portfolios of VoIP services and offer customers a feature-rich VoIP solution. BandTel will also offer Zultys PBX system to its enterprise and call center customers.

BandTel’s SIP Softswitch technology enables VARs to offer customers the ability to receive services from any of the BandTel global switching centers at any time, ensuring uninterrupted service. Customers who deploy the Zultys PBX systems may take advantage of BandTel’s ability to connect call systems through a trunk-to-trunk transfer as well as cost-effectively terminate calls to and from locations throughout the world. This enables users to unite their global businesses with multiple users in various locations.

“We are very pleased to partner with Zultys - a proven leader in the VoIP market,” said Chris Dunk, president and CEO of BandTel. “Zultys has built a reputation for providing robust, best-of-breed VoIP systems. This partnership allows us to expand our market presence while giving Zultys’ resellers the opportunity to offer BandTel’s high capacity VoIP solution, which provides full PBX functionality and uninterrupted service while handling any amount of traffic, anywhere in the world.”

“We are excited to be working with BandTel and really like their ability to handle very large PBX system environments,” said Patrick Ferriter, VP of product marketing at Zultys Technologies. “This partnership provides our channel partners with a solution that is completely fault-tolerant and can be installed on any network. We feel that this relationship strengthens our commitment of providing highly innovative and reliable VoIP systems on a global level that are easy to deploy and use.”
