Embedded voice software provider RADVISION announced this week that it will integrate SPIRIT DSP's audio software into its videoconferencing products.

"We found SPIRIT's software to provide a high performance and high quality solution that integrated well into our product. SPIRIT provided excellent support and we are pleased with our decision to use their XDAIS compliant technology," said Shimon Nurick, R&D manager of the NBU (Network Business Unit) at RADVISION.

SPIRIT's technology is available for applications on PCs, mobile phones, 3G video enabled phones, VoIP CPEs (voice and video over IP customer premises equipment) and VoIP infrastructure equipment. The company's embedded voice and communication software products are deployed by HP, Paltalk, Philips, HTC, UTStarcom, Oracle (News - Alert), Macromedia, Ericsson (News - Alert), LG among 200+ other OEM/ODM, software and hardware vendors worldwide.

SPIRIT DSP recently announced its 200th deployment of the company's voice and communication software products.

STROM telecom is SPIRIT's deployment number 200. STROM develops and supplies telecom equipment for both fixed and wireless networks. STROM's partnership with SPIRIT enabled the VoIP provider to supply speech enhancement software products into STROM's infrastructure core (gateways and servers) to support its data and voice communications in mobile networks in Europe and beyond.
