Cyber Defense Secures ITAR Agreement Allowing UAV Export to Approved Countries; Engages Israel Sales Firm; Recruiting Mid-East, Pacific Rim, and Europe Reps


ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- March 29, 2005 -- Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: CYDF) has secured an International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) agreement from the U.S. Department of State which allows Cyber Defense to export its UAV products to approved countries. The ITAR was granted last week following the successful sales and marketing launch of the Cyber Defense UAV product line to the international military defense and law enforcement community.



Cyber Defense's participation in the Warfare Conference in Tel Aviv resulted in an arrangement with M. Paz Logistics to represent the Company in Israel. Cyber Defense also announces Mr. Ryan Robinson has been engaged by the Company to build a sales force in Europe. Mr. Robinson graduated from the University of The South with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and attended Oxford University in England under the Rhodes scholar program.
