Nordis Direct Increases Production Capacity With Addition of Pitney Bowes FlowMaster 12000 XL High Speed Letter & Flats Mail Inserting System
CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Feb. 16, 2005 -- Industry-leading direct marketing solutions provider, Nordis Direct, announced today that the Pitney Bowes FlowMaster 12000 XL Inserting System has been fully rolled-out in their mail facility, adding to the company's already substantial line-up of production equipment. This new, dual-functionality system, enables the Company to process both letters and flats with a simplified changeover process, at speeds of up to 12,000 per cycle. Inserting jobs are processed faster and more efficiently, in effect, reducing the cost per mail piece. "At Nordis Direct, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our services. Nordis Direct utilizes the FlowMaster 12000 XL for inserting envelopes in sizes ranging from 3 3/4" x 6 3/4" (standard #7) to a maximum of 10" x 13". Enclosure sizes range from business cards to 9" x 12" pieces, including Z-fold, open end, high gloss, CD/DVDs and other unusually shaped inserts, providing added flexibility to accommodate virtually any direct mail project.
