SkyZone Entertainment to Offer Ragnarok on Mobile Phones; MMORPG Game First in North America to Connect with Online Version

FORT LEE, N.J. --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 12, 2005 -- Wireless entertainment publisher SkyZone Entertainment, Inc. today announced that it has acquired publishing rights to the popular online role playing game Ragnarok from the South Korean game publisher Gravity Co., Ltd. (NSDQ: GRVY) and will bring the highly successful game franchise to mobile phones in North America. It will be the first game in North America that connects online players of a massively multiplayer game to their accounts via mobile phones.

Ragnarok is a massively multiplayer online role playing game (MMORPG). Players build their characters' wealth and skills playing as wizards, knights, hunters or any of the other character classes available. The game is popular in countries around the world including the United States, China, Japan, Brazil, and South Korea.

SkyZone Entertainment's mobile version of the game connects players to the online game with their mobile phones. This revolutionary "keyhole" approach frees up online players to continue building their characters while away from their computers. The mobile version of the game also supports standalone games for users that don't subscribe to the online game.

"Gravity is clearly one of the leaders in online games, and SkyZone is very excited to be partnering with them. The opportunity to extend Ragnarok's online community to mobile phones is tremendous," said James Wee, chief executive officer of SkyZone Entertainment. "SkyZone and Gravity will cross promote this game to tap into both companies' large user bases, and realize the full potential of Ragnarok."

Gravity's Chairman and CEO, Ryu Il Young expressed, "Gamers, including Gravity users, can now enjoy the interlocking wireless and cable service of Ragnarok Mobile in the USA and Canada. Gravity expects its overseas expansion of mobile games to accelerate quickly through this North American advance."

SkyZone Entertainment will release two versions of the game based on the Magician and the Merchant characters. The game will begin its roll-out on major North American carriers in early 2006.
