Entellium Targets ACT! and Goldmine Customers with Free Subscription Offer to Upgrade to True 2nd Generation CRM

Entellium (www.entellium.com), the leader in providing 2nd Generation hosted CRM solutions, has announced the launch of a program offering ACT! and Goldmine customers an affordable upgrade path to a true sales force automation solution from their current contact management solutions.

By converting to Entellium eSalesForce, ACT! and Goldmine customers can get all the benefits of a fully-featured contact management tool plus a world-class built-in sales process based on best practice methodologies, business reporting, forecasting and full team management capabilities without the need for any customization.



In addition, existing data can be easily migrated from ACT! and Goldmine into Entellium eSalesforce. Entellium also includes 24x7 web-chat and email support at no charge - a stark contrast from the steep help desk charges often associated with ACT! and Goldmine.

The offer to ACT! and Goldmine users includes a free one-year subscription valued at US$540, and comes just as ACT! is expected to roll out their latest version that requires its customers to endure yet another costly upgrade.

With Entellium, all product upgrades are free of charge. Further, Entellium eSalesForce is delivered over the Internet, so there are no databases to maintain, or additional costs associated with getting remote users online.
