New York, NY November 18, 2003 Setting the stage for the 2004 American Business Awards, organizers are seeking nominations for outstanding companies and individuals in the CRM and call center industry. Several leaders in the CRM and call center space took top honors at the 2003 Awards, including SAVVIS Communications for Best Customer Service Organization

Hailed as the business worlds own Oscars by the New York Post (September 22, 2002), The American Business Awards are the only national, independent business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

Nicknamed the SteviesTM for the Greek word crowned, the awards, designed by the same company that makes the Oscar and Emmy, will be presented at a gala, nationally broadcast ceremony in New York City in April 2004.

Nomination forms for The Second Annual American Business Awards may be downloaded at www.stevieawards.com/aba. The final deadline for nominations is January 23, 2004.

We began the American Business Awards last year as a way to recognize the millions of Americans who accomplish innovative and exceptional things every day, but rarely get acclaim for it, said Michael Gallagher, president of The Stevies Awards, which organizes the program. In a very short time the Stevie has become one of the worlds most coveted awards, because companies see this as an excellent way to recognize their employees and to increase public recognition of their accomplishments.

The American Business Awards are overseen by the Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors including business luminaries such as Donald Trump, chairman, president and CEO of The Trump Organization, Bruce Nelson, chairman & CEO of Office Depot, and marketing gurus Don Peppers and Martha Rogers. The first Stevie Awards were presented last April to companies as diverse as Advanta, Alcoa, Dominos Pizza, Entergy Corp., Foote Cone & Belding, Hewlett-Packard, IBM Corp, Muzak, and UPS.

"For more than 139 years, RR Donnelley has relied upon the highest ethical standards to guide us. Winning the inaugural American Business Awards for Best Overall Company is an honor, as it showcased our commitment to our employees and relationship with the communities surrounding us," said Vicky Shire-Dinges, senior vice president of corporate communications for RR Donnelley.

"We were honored to be recognized in the first American Business Awards, said Steven T. Plochocki, InSight Health Services Corp. president and CEO. Winning a Stevie Award for Best Business Turnaround helped to further cement our position in the industry while enhancing our image throughout the business community.

Beginning today, The 2004 American Business Awards are accepting nominations in all categories. Many categories for advertising and corporate media, including film, video, multimedia, and web sites, have been added this year. The competition is structured so that nominees will compete only against other firms of their size, in their industry.
