About Zippi Networks, Inc.

Zippi Networks, Inc., an integrated service provider, is positioned to become a key component of eBay's future business and the online sales process itself by introducing a mobile franchise opportunity, drop-off stations and the Zippi Affiliate Network. In management's view, the Zippi Affiliate model breaks the mold of the current eBay and online auction sales model by replacing rapidly shrinking margins on sales with a commission-based opportunity that allows an entrepreneur to network with other sellers to increase commissions. An as yet unannounced hardware and software Affiliate tool is scheduled to be introduced later this quarter to give Affiliate sellers a technology edge over competitors. Zippi intends to arm a new generation of online Affiliate sellers with the advanced tools and strategies to free themselves from shrinking profits, a dwindling number of unique items to market, and the burden of inventory overhead. Zippi Networks, Inc., is headquartered in San Jose, Calif. For additional information, please visit the company's Web site at http://www.zippi.com or contact Zippi at 408/884-5717.
