Zapsibcombank Launches Extensive Loyalty Program With Help From Compass Plus
MOSCOW --(Business Wire)--
Zapsibcombank has announced the launch of a new loyalty program, PLUSES
from Zapsibcombank, with the help of Compass
Plus, an international provider of retail banking software and
electronic payments systems to financial institutions. Using TranzWare
CMS Loyalty from Compass (News - Alert) Plus, the bank has implemented a discount
program that is not directly linked to any one retail outlet. This means
that their customers have virtually an unlimited choice of the goods and
services they are able to purchase at a discounted rate. To benefit from
this program, customers need to open a credit or debit loyalty card and
start using it to make purchases.
The loyalty system is integrated with the Internet banking service also
supplied by Compass Plus, which means Zapsibcombank's customers are able
to set their preferences for the loyalty program remotely. Through their
Internet banking portal, customers can choose the specific category that
they wish the discount to apply to. Categories include "My car," "My
supermarket," and "My phone." This new service allows customers to
choose the category that enables them to spend their money in the most
profitable way (and stay in the black). For example, by setting the "My
car" category, it is possible to get a discount at local gas stations,
as wel as any other gas station across Russia and around the globe. In
addition, customers will also be able to access information about
accumulated and spent points in their Internet banking portal and can
change the terms of use of points (PLUSES) via SMS text request.
