YourMembership.com and Affiniscape Combine to form Industry-Leading Membership Software and Career Board Services Company

YourMembership.com Inc., a leading global provider of online member communities and web-based membership software, today announced its merger with Affiniscape Inc., a provider of association management software and career board job posting services for associations.

The merged company is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla. with offices in Austin, Texas and combines to form the world's largest and fastest growing provider of web-based membership management software and association management software. In addition to delivering SaaS (News - Alert)-model membership software, the combined company provides its customer base additional value-add and revenue-generating solutions including: the integrated Member Rewards platform; buyer's guides and supplier directories via Directory Solutions; and industry-specific career board and employment resources through the Affiniscape Career Center service.

William H. Stover Jr., CEO and president of YourMembership.com, leads the combined entity that now serves more than 2,300 customers in 32 countries around the world. The company's customer base includes member-centric rganizations such as trade, professional and state-based associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, societies and foundations, and alumni organizations.
