WSFS FINANCIAL CORP FILES (8-K) Disclosing Other Events, Financial Statements and Exhibits(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 8.01 Other Events On September 18, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release to announce that its Board of Directors had approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable on November 21, 2014 to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2014. This represents an increase of $0.03, or 25%, per common share from its second quarter 2014 dividend. Further, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors had approved an open authorization to repurchase up to 5% of the Registrant's outstanding shares of common stock, or approximately 470,000 shares.
