Wilkinson Barker Knauer Opens New HomeEffective today, Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP has relocated its Washington, D.C. office from its former location at 2300 N Street, NW to 1800 M Street, NW. Wilkinson Barker will occupy the 8th Floor of the building's North Tower, comprising 33,723 square feet of space that has been completely redesigned and built to fit the firm's needs. Wilkinson Barker retained the architectural design firm OPX to design its new office space, and HITT served as the general contractor for the build out. In its new space, the firm will serve client neds in a variety of conference and meeting areas, including a flexibly designed main conference space that can accommodate more than 75 people in theater-style seating and more than 30 in boardroom-style seating. 1800 M Street, NW, owned by Prisa Acquisition, LLC, underwent building renovations that were completed in June 2014, and was honored in 2013 with certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standard. The building includes a full fitness facility that was constructed and opened in 2013, and a rooftop terrace.
