Westfield San Francisco Centre and Westfield Valley Fair have introduced new guest services using the latest technology that will further enhance the world-renowned shopping experience for locals and tourists alike at two premiere shopping centers in the Bay Area. Guests are now able to text a Westfield Guest Service Ambassador for concierge services, securely charge cell phones for free at multiple stations, and connect live with foreign language interpreters on iPads. Both centers also now accept China UnionPay as a form of payment at Guest Services.

Westfield properties are notable for their guest service program, Westfield Guest Service, offering friendly, knowledgeable assistance to assure an effortless and enjoyable shopping, dining and entertainment environment. From dinner reservations to transportation assistance, gift suggestions to itinerary planning, and new services, Westfield San Francisco Centre and Valley Fair continue their commitment to perfecting the guest experience. Guest Services at Westfield Valley Fair is located on Level 1 near Nordstrom, and Guest Services at Westfield San Francisco Centre is located on Level 1 near Michael Kors.

New Guest Services

Answers on the Spot is a free service where guests can text a question to a guest service ambassador from anywhere, at any time and receive a response within minutes during mall oprating hours. Through this service, shoppers can text questions, make restaurant reservations or receive gift ideas creating a convenient, mobile concierge.



BrightBox Charging Stations are free phone charging stations placed at three central locations in Westfield Valley Fair and Westfield San Francisco Centre. Powered by Brightbox, the stations feature an easy, four-step process on touch screens, charge 95% of all phones including iPhone (News - Alert) 5, Legacy iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows and have a secure chamber door for your phone's security.

Language Line offers assistance for non-English speaking shoppers by connecting them to live interpreters via iPads available at Westfield Guest Services. From Mandarin to Spanish, Westfield's interpreters are available to assist in over 200 languages. This unique service is provided by Language Line Solutions, a company with over 30 years' experience in translation services.


Both centers are also pleased to now accept China UnionPay, the global leading bankcard organization, as a form of payment at their Guest Services Center. Most retailers at each center accept China UnionPay, however, for those that don't, guests can purchase a Westfield Gift Card at Westfield Guest Services to continue shopping with ease.

Additionally, Westfield San Francisco Centre will have branded items exclusively for sale, including those featuring its historic 102-foot wide glass dome. Some examples include Dome tote bags, gift boxes, postcards, and Dome themed Westfield gift cards. These items are available for purchase at Westfield Guest Services located on Level 1 near Michael Kors.
