Web Design Agency ALT Wins Prestigious National Business Award

(Cision Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The web design agency ALT has scooped Gold in a prestigious national business award after being recognised for its outstanding achievements in the digital sector.

Now in their second year, the Scoot Headline Awards are part of a national campaign to find Britain’s most successful businesses. Based in Birmingham, ALT agency saw off competition from more than 400 other nominees to bag the coveted trophy and be named the best web design firm in the West Midlands (http://www.altagency.co.uk/index.html).

Founded in 2006 by Craig Murphy, ALT has gone from strength to strength with a trademark collection of super slick designs coupled with superb functionality, developed to enhance brands, products and sales. The agency has an impressive roster of clients, including local and national brands such as PUA Training, Tree Tops, Ferrari Car Hire and Exclusive GP.

Murphy said, “We were surprised and delighted to be named the best web design agency in the West Midlands in the Scoot Headline Awards. It’s a fantastic recognition of the work that the team has done to date and the projects we have completed for clients. We are honoured to have been selected from the hundreds of businesses large and small that were in the running for a Gold award.” Launched in 2013, the Headline Awards were created to recognise and reward the successes and achievements of British businesses of all sizes and from all sectors. Hosted by the online business directory Scoot, the philosophy of the awards is to help local, regional and national firms to maximise their potential by bringing their achievements to a larger audience. Winners can be sole traders, micro, small, medium or large enterprises, and each receives a trophy, certificate and publicity to help land new clients. Businesses with a success story to share, such as a company expansion, client win or successful campaign are all eligible to enter.

As part of its application for the awards, ALT Agency was asked to describe what it is most proud of and list key achievements from the last 12 months.

In recognition of its Gold award win, ALT Agency  will have its winning paper published in The National Business Leaders Yearbook. The Yearbook is the leading work of reference on successful business techniques and best practice, helping others businesses and entrepreneurs to follow their lead and learn from their achievements.

In addition to its main web design service, ALT Agency develops ecommerce solutions, content management systems, offers website programming and AdWords PPC management.
