Washington Mutual, Turner, KeyCorp and Hilton Hotels Keynote the 7th CRM Summit
BRASELTON, Ga. --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 8, 2005 -- The senior CRM executive's main objective is to implement processes that will boost their company's bottom line. Whether through cost reduction or revenue generation, the executive must seek those strategies and technologies that will allow him/her to show ROI and demonstrate CRM as part of the company's overall business strategy to the leaders in the organization. The 7th CRM Summit, slated to take place February 27-28 at the Chauteau Elan in Georgia, is currently accepting a limited number of senior level CRM and contact center executives, and a minimum of 25 technology providers. The two-day event will provide the executives with the opportunity to gain knowledge and benchmark against CRM departments from leading companies. Unlike a tradeshow, the two-day event format includes keynote presentations, case studies, conference sessions, formal and informal networking activities and one-on-one business meetings between the customer relationship executives and technology providers.
The delegation will attend sessions given by illustrious keynote presenters Michael Matza, SVP of Service Excellence at Washington Mutual, the VP of Business Excellence from Turner Broadcasting System - Paige Lillard, Kevin Riley, EVP of Customer Information and Relationship Management at KeyCorp, and Jim VonDerheide, VP of CRM Strategies at Hilton Hotels Corporation. Additional distinguished speakers include senior executives from Cingular Wireless, Saks Fifth Avenue, HP, Whirlpool, David's Bridal, and Cadbury Schweppes. Case study presentations from CompUSA, RBC Centura Bank and HP have also been incorporated into the agenda. The presenters will address sessions on customer metrics and loyalty, enterprise-wide knowledge management, B2B CRM, and the use of customer insight and business intelligence.
Delegates will also meet with technology and CRM-specific companies. These pre-arranged face-to-face consultative meetings give participants the opportunity to strategically plan their CRM and e-CRM programs. Delegates can select from participating companies such as Burke, Firstlogic, Mastercard Advisors, Talisma, Unica Corporation, and WiredContact World just to name a few.
This event is supported by CRMxchange, CRMindustry, CRMToday, ITToolbox and Business Wire.
