Nov 07, 2009 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Rest (www.rest.co.il), Israel's leading restaurants guide, announced today (Friday) it will feature a new premium interactive virtual tours service to show local restaurants, available for the broad public.



The new service will now be available for restaurants, bars and cafes, allowing web users to travel through their premises, as well as private dining rooms, kitchens, bars etc.

It was announced that this unique premium service will initially include restaurant virtual walkthroughs; however, additional services will be offered soon, including "click-a-table", interactive menus, audio introductions and much more.



Followed by a successful pilot with Aroma, the Espresso Coffee chain with over 100 branches nationwide, it was decided to launch interactive virtual tours as a differentiating service for online users who would like to see the exact location of their table, as well as explore the whole premises.

The company behind this interactive tours feature is Quiksee (www.quiksee.com) an Israeli startup company with a patented technology for the automated creation of interactive location-based tours. The company has been collaborating with worldwide online classified directories, offering interactive tours for real estate brokers, restaurants, and hotel chains around the globe.
