Vungle Shares Expertise on Monetization and Best Ways to Enter Emerging Markets at Game Developers Conference 2015


Vungle, the way developers put video ads in apps, will speak in the monetization track at this year's Game Developers Conference (GDC), the world's largest professional game industry event, held in San Francisco's Moscone Center, March 2-6.

Vungle's presentations will focus on emerging opportunities in China's mobile gaming market, as well as app monetization and user experience. Currently in over 10,000 of the world's top apps, Vungle will offer the GDC audience a unique perspective on what it takes for developers to succeed in a global market.

Vungle executives will speak at three sessions on Wednesday, March 4, in West Hall, Room 2011.

  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm: "China For The Win -- What Publishers Need to Know to Succeed in This Emerging Market." Colin Behr, Vungle's VP of Business and International Development, will discuss China's mobile landscape and provide app publishers with tips and best practices on localizing games to navigating app stores and monetization.
  • 2:00 - 3:00 pm: "Designed to Win: How to Monetize Users and Enhance Experience In Your Game." Vungle's VP of Product, Mike Pilawski, and Senior UX Designer, Jahed Momand, will highlight the importance of a seamless opt-in advertising experience to boost user engagement.
  • 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Fireside Chat: Trivia Crack's Paul Del Pin and Tango's Jim Ying discuss how to monetize apps, increase revenue and acquire new users with Vungle's VP of Sales, Ben Bear.
