Voices Heard Media Introduces Interactive Ballot
Feb 14, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) --
Voices Heard Media, a provider of embeddable user engagement applications, is preparing for award season with a new Academy Award Ballot.
According to a release, the Ballot features a custom skin, multiple categories and the ability for users to vote and comment on each nomination, along with a video and photo hosting feature where users can see nominations before they vote.
Voices Heard Media helps businesses and brands drive a social return on investment by increasing time users spend on a website, driving traffic to social media pages, engaging users to achieve a genuine connection, and ultimately monetizing this user interaction through in-line advertisements and sponsorship opportunities. The Award Ballot is one tool Voices Heard Media uses to create an interactive experience for businesses.
Moviefone, a provider of showtimes and movie synopsis, used Voices Heard Media's Oscar Award Ballot during the 2011 award season. The company immediately saw web traffic increase by 110 percent by incorporating an Oscar Award Ballot. Since then, the ballot brought tens of thousands of visitors and hundreds of thousands of ad impressions to Moviefone's webpage.
"The Award Ballot gives companies an ability to draw unique visitors to their site leveraging two of the most popular award shows helping to create fun user interaction," said CEO Will Overstreet. "This ballot can lure traffic from social media to their sites, where they can engage users on their own turf and monetize the interaction with ad impressions or other sales."
The highly-customized ballot can be embedded into any HTML module, Facebook page, or mobile device and retails for $99.
Voices Heard Media was founded by former NFL player and broadcaster Will Overstreet. It is a provider of multi-platform user engagement tools.
