Viasystems Announces Annual Meeting Date

Viasystems Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VIAS) today announced that it has established May 8, 2012 as the date for its annual meeting. Shareholders as of the close of business on the record date, March 12, 2012, will be eligible to vote by proxy or in person at the annual meeting.
