Verint Holds Top Position for Back-Office/Branch WFO Market Share in Latest DMG Consulting Research


Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that it has been named the leader in sales of workforce optimization (WFO) solutions for the back-office/branch sector-accounting for more than 62 percent market share-in the new 2017 Contact Center Workforce Optimization (WFO) Market Share Report from DMG Consulting LLC.

According to the research, there is a growing need for employee engagement tools beyond traditional contact center areas. These include internal and external help desks and other customer-service-related functions; back-office operating departments; auditing, compliance and legal functions; branches; retail; field service and dispatch. Additionally, the report cites that the "addressable market for back-office WFM is significantly greater than in contact centers."
