VC-backed call intelligence firm Invoca appoints new CFO [Jerusalem Post (Israel)]


(Jerusalem Post (Israel) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Invoca, the call intelligence company, today announced that Cynthia Stephens has joined Invoca's leadership team as chief financial officer. Stephens reports directly to Invoca Co-Founder and CEO Jason Spievak and is responsible for the company's financial management and operations.



Stephens brings 25 years of financial management, operational and strategic advisory experience to Invoca. Stephens was most recently SVP and CFO of Harvest Power, a venture-backed renewable energy company, which grew 100% annually to more than $100M in revenue and its first annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) during her tenure. Prior to Harvest Power, she held various executive positions, including CFO for Infoseek, a popular search engine founded in 1994, where she played a critical role in the company's $2B acquisition by the Walt Disney Company.

Stephens brings additional financial leadership experience from technology focused companies including OpenView Venture Partners, a Boston-based venture capital firm specializing in expansion-stage SaaS companies, CodeGear/Borland Software, Pharsight, Calico Commerce, and Fractal Design. Cynthia graduated with honors from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Economics.
