USA Technologies Announces Conference Call to Discuss Second Quarter, Fiscal Year 2013 Results

USA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: USAT) ("USAT"), a leader of wireless, cashless payment and M2M telemetry solutions for small-ticket, self-serve retailing industries, today announced that its financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2012 will be released before the market opens on Tuesday, January 29, 2013. USAT will hold a conference call and webcast, from The NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time that day to discuss second quarter financial results and conduct a question and answer session.
