Universal-mCloud Corp Begins Trading on TSX-V

VANCOUVER, Oct. 19, 2017 /CNW/ - Universal-mCloud Corp (TSX-V: MCLD), ("mCloud" or the "Company"), an IoT connected asset care cloud solution company, started trading yesterday on TSX Venture Exchange following the successful completion of its reverse-takeover (RTO) transaction with Universal Ventures Inc.

The offering combines the leading capabilities of TELUS' IoT connectivity with the deep domain asset expertise f mCloud in a connected cloud solution with 24/7 vigilance that improves the health and performance of the connected assets. This is offered on a subscription basis costing a fraction of the resulting benefits.
