On July 17, 2014, United States Steel Corporation ("U. S. Steel") appointed Colleen M. Darragh Acting Controller of the Corporation. In that role she will serve as the principal accounting officer of U. S. Steel until a successor is elected or appointed. Ms. Darragh, age 44 joined U. S. Steel in 2006 as Director of External Reporting and held a series of positions in U. S. Steel's accounting organization including Executive Director-Finance of U. S. Steel Serbia, d.o.o. She most recently served as General Manager Benefits Accounting & Analysis and Assistant Controller. |
