TXU Energy Expands Payment Locations to Hundreds More Retail Locations

TXU Energy has added 384 Walmart stores to its network of nearly 4,000 authorized payment locations throughout Texas.

By using an authorized payment location like Walmart, TXU Energy customers who want to pay their bill in person can expect real-time payment posting to their account. Finding these and other payment locations is easy using TXU Energy's Payment Center Locator at txu.com/paymentlocator, the TXU Energy app for iPhone, or the company's optimized mobile website. After customers enter a ZIP ode, the interactive guide will display a list of nearby authorized payment locations.

"Whether it's in the plan they choose or how they pay their bill, we give customers the choice, convenience and control they need and should expect from their electricity provider," said Michael Grasso, chief marketing officer for TXU Energy. "With the addition of these new Walmart locations, customers can now pay when and how they want - online, via debit card, using a mobile device, in person at one of nearly 4,000 payment locations, by mail or by phone."

In addition to the new Walmart locations, TXU Energy customers can also pay their bills at several other retail locations including Kroger, Super S, Ace Cash Express, Fiesta, and HEB.
