TribeHR Appoints Mark Gally as VP of Marketing

Apr 13, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- TribeHR, a social human resources platform for business, announced it has named Mark Gally vice president of Marketing.

According to a release, with more than 17 years experience in marketing at high-growth software companies, Gally will lead TribeHR's global marketing communications, public relations, strategic marketing and product development functions. Gally will report directly to Joseph Fung, chief executive officer.

"We are excited to welcome Mark to our management team," said Fung. "He brings an impressive mix of talent, skills, and experience in software and HR to the company at a time when TribeHR is experiencing tremendous growth. I look forward to working closely with him to continue to attract small and medium businesses to our social HR platform, and to communicate the unique value our software can play in strengthening an organization's workplace culture." Prior to joining TribeHR, Gally served as vice president of Marketing at VideoIQ, Inc., and spent six years as head of marketing for Merced Systems, a global provider of employee performance management solutions. At Merced Systems, Gally played a key role in profitably scaling the company's annual sales from under $2 million to over $50 million without any additional outside funding. Gally has also served in a number of management roles at Siebel Systems, a CRM software provider, and Microstrategy, a Business Intelligence and Mobile Intelligence software provider.
