Transcom WorldWide SA acquires 60% of US CRM services provider Cloud 10 Corporation

(Nordic Business Report Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)The Swedish-controlled Luxembourg-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and debt collection services provider Transcom WorldWide SA announced on Thursday (13 April) a USD1.5m investment in US company Cloud 10 Corporation.


The investment gives Transcom WorldWide a 60% stake in the company.

Cloud 10 provides CRM services in the US, utilising agents who work from home.


"This partnership presents Transcom with the perfect opportunity to enter the highly established US market with extremely low risk and on the back of a new and innovative foundation which challenges the conventional onshore business model," commented Keith Russell, CEO TransCom WorldWide.

One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.57 British pounds (GBP).
