Timeshares123.com, LLC has formed a partnership with Venture Title, LLC of
Portsmouth, NH, so that customers of their timeshare classifieds can have a
trusted source for the sale of their timeshare. Timeshares123.com operates
an online classifieds at www.timeshares123.com which is specific to
timeshares for sale and timeshares for rent. "People have asked for

alerts, text message alerts, the ability to add one picture, and many other
self-serve features. For an additional fee of $15, customers may add up to
5 additional pictures. Customers can also make their listing a "featured
listing" for an additional fee of $15. For customers with 50 or more
active timeshare listings, special discounts and a personalized page with
